Education Officer for the HSRP is en route to the UK to visit with the National College of Teacher Development and Leadership. The college specializes in the professional development of HODs, novice and deputy principals as well as the licensing of principals. The HSRP aims to import the NCTL courses that are relevant to teaching and leadership in a South African context thereby expanding the NCTL’s footprint into Africa. An added bonus for participating teachers in South Africa is that the leadership courses will be accredited by the South African Council of Educators (SACE).
